## Ring Group Issue (as of 2026-04-02)
"All Line Pick Up" (ext 55) is set to ROTATING mode with 7 agents, most offline:

4. Kendra Geller (104) - ONLY ONE ANSWERING (Gautam)

20 sec timeout per agent = 60+ sec delay before Gautam's phone rings. Max hold: 180 sec. Proposed fix: route directly to ext 104, or remove dead extensions. Gautam said "Don't make changes yet."
