Do not create predefined subagent definition files (.claude/agents/) for the exult agent. Gautam found them "too hard to work with."

**Why:** Predefined subagents add complexity without clear benefit for a single-operator clinic. The main agent should handle tasks directly or spawn ad-hoc subagents via the Agent tool as needed.

**How to apply:** When the exult agent needs to parallelize work, use the Agent tool with inline prompts rather than referencing predefined agent files. Domain knowledge for each area (EHR, calls, email, finance, website, QA) is stored in memory/reference_subagent_domains.md on the exult workspace.
